Antes de comer, después de comer y al romper el ayuno.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ
Bismillahi awwalahu wa akhirah.
“In the name of Allah, at its beginning and at its end.”
The hadith instructs saying "Bismillah" before eating; this longer form is what is said by someone who forgot to mention Allah's name at the start of the meal.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amani hadha wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah.
“All praise is for Allah, who fed me this and provided it for me with no power or strength on my part.”
Said after finishing a meal. The same wording appears in Sunan Abi Dawud 4023 alongside a parallel dua for putting on a new garment.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا وَجَعَلَنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amana wa saqana wa ja'alana muslimin.
“All praise is for Allah, who fed us and gave us drink and made us Muslims.”
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported this as what the Prophet said when he finished his food.

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَهُمْ فِيمَا رَزَقْتَهُمْ، وَاغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَارْحَمْهُمْ
Allahumma barik lahum fima razaqtahum, waghfir lahum warhamhum.
“O Allah, bless for them what You have provided them, and forgive them and have mercy on them.”
Said for the people who provided the food. In the narration the Prophet said it after eating and drinking at Abdullah ibn Busr's house.

ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الْأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
Dhahabaz-zama'u wabtallatil-'uruqu wa thabatal-ajru in sha'Allah.
“The thirst has gone, the veins are moistened, and the reward is secured, if Allah wills.”
Said after breaking the fast, not before. Ibn Umar reported the Prophet saying it once he had eaten.
