Supplications the Qur’an itself records, spoken by the prophets and taught to believers.
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan waqina 'adhaban-nar.
“Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”
The most frequently repeated supplication of the Prophet according to Sahih al-Bukhari 6389. Often said between the two corners during tawaf.

رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا، رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا، رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ، وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا، أَنْتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Rabbana la tu'akhidhna in nasina aw akhta'na. Rabbana wa la tahmil 'alayna isran kama hamaltahu 'alal-ladhina min qablina. Rabbana wa la tuhammilna ma la taqata lana bih. Wa'fu 'anna waghfir lana warhamna. Anta mawlana fansurna 'alal-qawmil-kafirin.
“Our Lord, do not take us to task if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord, do not lay on us a burden like the one You laid on those before us. Our Lord, do not burden us with what we have no strength to bear. Pardon us, forgive us, and have mercy on us. You are our Protector, so help us against the disbelieving people.”
The closing verse of Surah al-Baqarah. Sahih al-Bukhari 5009 records that the last two verses of the surah suffice whoever recites them at night.

رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً، إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ
Rabbana la tuzigh qulubana ba'da idh hadaytana wa hab lana min ladunka rahmah, innaka antal-Wahhab.
“Our Lord, do not let our hearts swerve after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from Yourself. You are the Ever-Giving.”
The supplication of those firmly grounded in knowledge, asking for their guidance to be kept intact.

رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا
Rabbi zidni 'ilma.
“My Lord, increase me in knowledge.”
The closing words of the verse, which the Prophet was commanded to say. The only place in the Qur'an where an increase in something is asked for directly.

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي
Rabbishrah li sadri wa yassir li amri.
“My Lord, expand my breast for me and make my task easy for me.”
The opening of Musa's supplication when sent to Pharaoh. Said before something demanding, such as speaking publicly or facing a confrontation.
